ANCA’s MX7 Ultra CNC tool grinder is designed to provide consistent, accurate grinding performance for cutting tool manufacturing.
Equipped with ANCA’s latest nanometer control technology, the MX7 Ultra is said to provide micron-level precision, reducing tool runout and optimizing tool life. The inclusion of new servo control algorithms, fast servo response and enhanced temperature stability is said to provide consistent results across high-volume production.
The MX7 Ultra features a rigid polymer concrete base that minimizes vibrations and improves thermal stability. Its powerful spindle motor (up to 26 kW) provides high torque for heavy-duty grinding, while ANCA’s Automated Tool Loading System enhances efficiency and reduces downtime.
Additionally, ANCA’s Integrated Wheel Dressing and Laser Ultra measurement system enables real-time adjustments, enabling precise geometries and cutting-edge quality.
