Miraclean showcases its cleaning systems, which consist of individual ultrasonic or static tanks in a standard size that can be organized within a stainless-steel frame. According to the company, manufacturers can can add, subtract or modify the “plug-and-play” solution as process needs change, because the systems are designed to grow with changing users applications.

Systems are available with a centralized feed and drain header or chemistry-appropriate drain, and with PLC-controlled automation, which advance process loads and controls process actions. Chemistry dosing, rinse quality control and HEPA filtration are also available, as are other options to meet particular cleaning requirements and throughput goals.

The system being showcased at PMTS includes a load-unload and an ultrasonic clean, an ultrasonic rinse, a static rinse and a re-circulating hot air dry, plus PLC-controlled automation.

Miraclean says its systems are also well suited for applications that require setting up a passivation line. The company also builds custom cleaning, passivating, penetrant application and titanium anodizing process lines in automated or manual configurations, and supplies water-based chemistries.
